Donabate Outdoor Exercise Classes

Hi
For anybody interested I am doing outdoor fitness classes down at Donabate beach carpark.

All the classes are a different workout burning lots of calories and fat while toning and tightening the body. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Class times are as follows:

Tuesday 6pm - Fullbody circuit style workout

Thursday 7pm - Bootcamp style workout

Saturday 12 noon - Core Circuit (tummy tightener)

Classes cost 5 euro and you are welcome to train as many or as little times per week as you choose.
