IBAT College Joins Prestigious list of Project Management Providers

IBAT College in Swords is delighted to announce that it has been approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.). This certifies IBAT?s credentials to provide Professional Project Management training and issue Professional Development Units required to apply for certification as a Project Management Professional. These units can be used for to attain the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPMﾮ) and the Project Management Professional (PMPﾮ) credentials.

To be an R.E.P. an organization must undergo a rigorous quality review process, requiring qualified instructors, course content and delivery as well as demonstrated evidence of the company?s consistent adherence to the PMIﾮ standards. Having successfully met these criteria, IBAT college is one of a small number of Irish companies to join the prestigious list of R.E.P.s worldwide.

The PMI (www.pmi.org) was founded in 1969 and today has more than 500,000 members in over 185 countries. PMI is the leading membership association for the project management profession.
