john mcmanus of new blues/cotton mill boys/showbands

Hi everyone,I am trying to find John Mcmanus who in the 1970s into the 1980s drummed with New Blues and The Cotton Mill Boys, as he was a good friend of mine.,I think he moved to the Swords Area.In fact I am fascinated by the Irish Showband movement so would also like to hear from fellow fans/musicians and singers invoved in it.Thank you for any help!
